What was the highlight of Hotel Santiago Plaza
Great locaton - we would use the same property when we return to Santiago.
The buffet breakfast the property offered was very good. There were a variety of items to choose from. The hotel staff Lourdes was very helpful and informative. Great location - The Store - El Corte Ingles - was a five to eight minute walk from the property.

Great stay, great staff, lovely reception area, and good location. Would highly recommend this hotel
Good value for money, nice staff (reception, cleaners, bar staff) and good feeling overall when staying here.
Only complaint I had was that the aircon did not work, it blew out hot air only despite playing about with the controls provided. It seems like the aircon system is a old and a bit outdated. Opening the window resolved this issue for me but would imagine this may be a bigger issue in peak summer temperatures.
